Juergen Klopp’s reaction to winning Leicester City and Szoboslai’s performance
Liverpool come from behind to beat Leicester City by 3-1 in the Carabao Cup, to continue their unbeaten run this season.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp to BBC after the win over Leicester: “It was not the best start, it was actually the opposite.
“We had big chances in the first half and couldn’t believe we didn’t score. Leicester are a good side and very well set up.
“Minute by minute we turned it around and it was a good performance. There were so many little stories.
Klopp also heaped praise on summer signing Dominik Szoboszlai who scored a screamer to help Liverpool in their victory.
Klopp on Szoboszlai: “Dom [Szoboszlai] was a surprise with how fast he has fit in, it was pretty much from the first minute.
Klopp added: “Top-class player with a lot of quality. He never stops. He learns a lot from the game.”
