Arsenal’s 21-year-old attacking midfielder Bukayo Saka (PL Stats: 14 games, 4 goals, 6 assists) is set to START in England’s World Cup opener against Iran over Man City’s 22-year-old attacking midfielder Phil Foden (PL Stats: 14 games 7 goals 3 assists).
