Jurgen Klopp faces the possibility of missing his farewell at Anfield should he receive a booking during Liverpool’s upcoming clash against Aston Villa.
With just two games left in his illustrious nine-season tenure, Klopp’s sideline presence could be compromised if he picks up a yellow card at Villa Park, resulting in a touchline ban for the final match against Wolves.

“I really like the way the boys played,” he said. “I liked the individual performances, how we played together – so many good things today. Yes, conceding two, ask Ali – he is really not happy about that. But it was a really good football game, and I think that’s what everybody should expect from us – results as well.
Klopp added: “We delivered both. And the moments, how I said, I think they are a little bit explainable, should not happen anyway, but didn’t count really today.”
Liverpool’s qualification for next season’s Champions League, following a campaign in the Europa League, is already secured with 78 points accumulated.
