Manager Carlo Ancelotti celebrated a historic fifth Champions League title as Real Madrid clinched their 15th tournament victory. Their triumph came at Wembley, overcoming a bold challenge from Borussia Dortmund with late goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinícius Júnior.
Toni Kroos whipped a corner into the Dortmund box, and Dani Carvajal rose to produce a lovely header beyond Gregor Kobel. Incredible scenes unfolded in the Real Madrid end.
